ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Administrates attendance program for all team members within the complex.
  • Performs tasks such as setting up files on all new personnel, and filing confidential information in team member files.
  • Processes applications, employment forms, enrollment forms, pay change requests, informational and other confidential forms and records. Enrolls new team members in various programs and assists in explaining benefits program.
  • Maintains and distributes, as appropriate, current team member information, policy and procedure manuals, and other communications.
  • Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports as requested.
  • Responds to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures; notifies higher level personnel of any potential issues.
  • Orders supplies to support human resources operations and various special events.
  • Administrates Engagement and Community Events Committees along with facilitation of the events.


  • Observe & enforce all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies.
  • Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams.
  • Participates in process improvement and problem solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies such as Six Sigma, and participates in or supports the E$P program
  • Recognizes and acts on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices, and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization


  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • 1-3 years previous experience preferred.
  • Considerable skill in problem solving, conflict resolution, and dealing with confidential information/situations
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others in a manner that maintains harmony with co-workers.
  • Good computer skills including competency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), KRONOS, SAP, Outlook, and/or sincerely willing to learn.
